These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 44kkk platform and all its services. By creating an account at 44kkk or using the platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits at 44kkk: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for all methods)
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply when making a withdrawal:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Receive ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳18,000 → Maximum bonus ৳8,000 → Total balance ৳26,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. A wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount applies (on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus).

5.3 Other Conditions

• Bonuses must be used within a set time period; they will expire and be cancelled if the period ends.
• Bonus funds cannot be cashed out or transferred.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• 44kkk reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 44kkk reserves the right to withdraw the bonus and investigate the account.

6.1 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless it qualifies for cancellation due to a technical error.

8.1 Closure by 44kkk

44kkk may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms

• Extended period of account inactivity
• As required by applicable laws or regulations

8.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the account is closed, all pending bets will be settled and any eligible balance will be returned.

• Losses caused by internet disconnection, server downtime, or technical issues from third parties
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or carelessness
• Losses caused by the actions of other users
• Any consequences arising from a user's non-compliance with applicable local law
